| SCT welcomes new service AMC1 |
|
With the successful calling of vessel ¡°XIN CHI WAN ¡± on 29 October 2009, Shekou Container Terminals (SCT) welcomed a new service AMC1 (Asia-Mediterranean Container Service 1) from China Shipping (CSCL) and  United Arab Shipping Company (UASC). 8* 5,600 TEU vessels will be deployed with CSCL providing two and UASC providing six. AMC1 calls SCT every Thursday with the following port coverage: Qingdao- Shanghai- Ningbo- Shekou- Singapore- Port Kelang - Suez - Port Said - La Spezia - Genova - Fos - Valencia - Port Said - Suez - Jeddah - Khor Fakkan ¨C Singapore - Qingdao.
