| Western Shenzhen Port Sea-rail Intermodal Transportation becomes new highlight of growth |

The Sea-rail Intermodal Project of Western Shenzhen Port continued maintaining a rapid growth. By the end of June, the total volume reached 4,563TEU with a dramatic year-on-year growth compared with that of last year. It has become a new highlight of Western Shenzhen Port business development. 
Since 2009, the Sea-rail project team intensified the market expansion by holding a series of promotion seminars and tightening cooperation with related authorities, endeavoring to establish ¡®inland port¡¯ with inland agencies. Besides the smooth operating of SCT/CCT - Changsha fixed-schedule trains, the transportation time of Tuesdays, Fridays Northbound and Southbound trains were shortened to 28 hours from the previous 36 hours, and the punctuality rate remained above 98%. In May, Nanchang and Liling trial trains were put into operation, which linked the hinterland of Hunan and Jiangxi with Western Shenzhen Port. It effectively helped the shipping companies and inland logistics customers get through the bottleneck and reduce logistics cost, enabled customers to enjoy the high-quality value-added services, thus achieved social and economic benefit. The Sea-rail Intermodal Project has entered a new era.
