After the first triple-lift quayside crane in the world arrived and operated by CCT, CCT saw a formal introduction of two world-top quayside cranes once more. On January 13rd, 2008, two triple ¨C lift quayside cranes, equipped with three spreaders capable of lifting three 40¡¯ (or six empty 20¡¯) containers simultaneously, developed by ZPMC had arrived at CCT berth #12. These two tandem ¨C lifts has a total weight of 1,638.61 tons with lifting height of 43 meters and outreach of 65 meters that the same with the previous one. It can operate the world¡¯s largest container vessel without any difficulties. In order to adapt the trend of ship upsizing, CCT has been bringing in world-top facilities and increasing the efficiency of operation continuously.
